Position Overview:My client, one of the biggest IT service company is looking for proactive and analytical Senior Consultant to join thier Technology team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional passionate about leveraging AI and analytics to drive strategic decision-making for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, data mining, experimentation, and data visualization to uncover insights related to tech product sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders within client sales organizations to define data-driven strategies and support key business initiatives.
• Identify and test opportunities to optimize the sales funnel, providing strategic recommendations based on data insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of client businesses through data, building solutions that scale and support critical decision-making.
• Lead the development of proof-of-concepts, production-ready analytics solutions, peer reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Continuously enhance reporting and analytics processes through automation and tooling improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the technology industry, particularly software and hardware product sales cycles.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Solid grasp of relational databases and statistical methods including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, forecasting, and causal inference.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into strategic business actions with measurable impact.
