• Develop and implement customer experience strategies
• 顧客フィードバックの収集・分析
• Collect and analyze customer feedback

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience management or customer service

• Experience in planning and executing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
• データ分析・顧客インサイト抽出能力
• Ability to analyze data and extract customer insights
• 優れたコミュニケーション・調整能力
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• ビジネスレベルの日本語または英語力
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English
