業務内容

• 広告運用・最適化

Google広告(Search, Display, YouTube)、Meta広告(Facebook, Instagram)、TikTok広告、アフィリエイト広告などの運用・最適化

広告効果のモニタリング、A/Bテストの設計・実施、データ分析に基づく運用改善

予算配分の最適化と広告パフォーマンス向上

• 広告戦略設計 / 施策立案

クライアントの課題分析およびKPI(CPA、ROASなど)達成に向けた戦略策定

競合分析、トレンド調査をもとに最適な広告プランを設計

クリエイティブチームとの連携によるバナー・動画広告・LPの最適化

• チームマネジメント

獲得広告配信チームの立ち上げおよび組織構築

メンバーの育成・マネジメント、業務フローの整備

チームKPI(広告パフォーマンス、案件数、運用効率など)の管理

• クライアント対応

クライアントとの定例ミーティングの実施、広告戦略の提案

パフォーマンスレポートの作成・報告、改善提案の実行

必須要件

【広告運用スキル】

・Google広告、Meta広告、TikTok広告などの運用経験(3年以上)

・広告パフォーマンスの改善に向けたデータ分析・運用最適化の実績

【プロジェクトマネジメント能力】

・予算管理、広告戦略の立案・実行に関する経験

・チームの業務進行管理やプロセス改善の実績

【コミュニケーション能力】

・クライアント、社内チーム(クリエイティブ、データアナリスト、セールス)との円滑な連携ができる方

・広告施策のレポーティング・提案スキル

歓迎要件

・獲得広告(リスティング、SNS広告、アフィリエイト)のマネジメント経験

・クリエイティブディレクションの経験(バナー・動画広告、LP改善など)

・SQLやBIツールを用いたデータ分析スキル

・スタートアップやグローバル企業での業務経験

・英語を活用した業務経験(海外マーケット向け広告運用経験があれば尚可)
