Role / 職務概要

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion

Requirements / 応募条件

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards

• Proven track record in managing budgets and schedules
• 予算管理・スケジュール管理の実績
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
