This role involves managing finances for Management Associations and Owner Accounts, ensuring clarity, transparency, and accuracy across all transactions. The position plays a key part in financial decision-making and aligning finance practices with organizational goals.

業務内容:

• • 予算、支出、キャッシュフローを管理し、健全な財務運営を維持します。
• • 管理組合およびオーナーアカウントの支払い、割り当て、徴収を監督します。
• • 月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書を作成します。
• • 監査を調整し、税理士と協力して地元の規制に準拠します。
• • オーナー会議のための財務データと報告を管理し、明確なコミュニケーションを行います。
• • オーナーや管理組合の財務関連の主要な窓口として活動します。
• • 財務ガイドラインとコミュニケーションフレームワークを開発・実施します。
• • ホテル管理チームおよび内部チームと協力し、戦略的目標に沿った財務実務を整合させます。
• • 各部門と連携して損益計算書および予算を作成します。

応募資格:

• • 会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号。
• • プロパティマネジメント、ホスピタリティ、または不動産業界での会計または財務管理の経験が5年以上。
• • 財務報告、予算管理、キャッシュフロー管理に関する理解。
• • 日本の会計基準および税法に精通。
• • 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力。
• • 区分所有プロパティや管理組合の管理経験が望ましい。
