- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and discern propensity to buy and forward good potential leads to the Sales Account Executives to pursue
- Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospects business intentions
- Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
- Record prospect information in CRM database
- BA/BS degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- 1+ years of Sales or customer service experience
- Native level of Japanese
- Excellent communication skills, strong drive, resilience and humility
- Inquisitive nature, ability to gather information and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time optimally
- Communication skills in English
